I would drop into frames to low that some inputs are responsive during those sessions. Even when getting 60 frames, when I'm in an environment with 3+ enemies, I lag and stutter HARD. The most disappointing outcome was that my game won't peak past 70 frames. After 23.2.1, I've noticed an increase in CPU and GPU usage.
